Installation
Surface Preparation and Use
Use gloves, wear eye protection, and avoid skin contact. The concrete
joint must be completely dry and dust-free. All joints should be cleaned
to their full depth of 2” minimum. For best results recut joints
with a dry diamond blade. Open surface texture or bare concrete is
recommended for all joint facings. In filling floor cracks, the cracks
should be routed out and cleaned before filling. Mask areas which must
be kept free of polyurea.
Mixing
Instructions
All materials should be at or above 45°F. Premix each part separately
before combining the two ingredients at the following volume ratio: one
part Boncrete™ Polyurea Joint Filler 70 Part A to one
part Boncrete™ Polyurea Joint Filler 70 Part B. Due to the extremely
short pot life, it is strongly recommended that either the dual component
cartridges be used, or dual-component metering-and-mixing equipment be
used to mix and apply the material.
Installation:
Boncrete™ Polyurea Joint Filler 70 should be installed
full-depth in the joint or crack.
Temperature Dependency
Temperature will affect the working properties of the material. Do not
use at a temperature below 0°F.

Packaging and Storage
