Bonding Limestone
When bonding limestone, there are a few things to keep in mind: Is this an aesthetic,
visible bond or a hidden, non-visible bond?
All of Bonstone® epoxies listed below are structural systems which have unique characteristics
for various fabrication or installation methods. The pre-colored epoxy systems are for aesthetic
bonded joints that will not leach or stain the porous surface of the
limestone. The knife grade epoxies are recommended for both
fabrication shops and job-site assemblies where a vertical non-sag system is required.
Bonstone® epoxy products offer a variety of set times and temperature ranges for most climates. Applications for bonding consist of stone to stone, reattaching stone, anchoring and bonding limestone to other construction materials.
