Granite
Granite is an igneous rock formed from magma deep within the earth's crust. A rock
containing many different minerals and metals, granite is tough and rock hard. Yet
when cleaning, care needs to be taken not to deface the surface. Granite is used in
many architectural applications (interior and exterior) and for monument construction.
Typical granite has either a honed, sanded, flamed, bush-hammered or polished finish.
