ABR® 1st Step Copper & Brass Prewash is the first step in the restoration of copper, brass, and bronze; removing the heavy green or black oxidation, or patina, from the metal’s surface in a gentle method.

Applications:

  • The ABR® 1st Step Copper & Brass Prewash is designed to restore oxidized and  discolored copper, brass, bronze and related metals.

  • ABR®’s 1st Step Copper & Brass Prewash will remove the green oxidation, known as patina, from aged copper, brass and bronze.

Benefits and Attributes:

  • Using a 2 step system is gentler to the surface.
  • More abrasive or aggressive measures may do irreparable harm to the metals surface.
